DPC, is monthly membership that provides direct access to a doctor without copays, deductibles and without billing or using insurance.

First Priority members get to call, text, email or visit their provider for 30 mins/month to get primary care services like physicals, preventive care, urgent care, managing chronic diseases, and mental healthcare, without worry of hidden fees.

Hormonal Health & HRT Follow-Up

Ongoing care for patients undergoing hormone evaluation or therapy. This includes monitoring symptoms, reviewing labs, adjusting treatment as needed, and ongoing clinical guidance.

What’s included

• One 30-minute visit per month (in-person or virtual)

• Ongoing treatment adjustments as clinically indicated

• Secure asynchronous messaging through a HIPAA-compliant app
  (responses within 3 business days)

• $75 per month

• Requires completion of an initial consultation

Medical Weight Management

Medically supervised weight management focused on metabolic health, insulin resistance, and sustainable outcomes. Care is individualized and adjusted over time based on response and labs.

• Medication management when appropriate

• Secure asynchronous messaging through a HIPAA-compliant app

• $100 per month

• Requires completion of an initial consultation

Health optimization Visit

Cost - $450 - 90 mins (includes Functional Health panel - blood tests covering 70+ biomarkers, done before appointment)
